This is a Royal Green Jackets Mess Shield and Soldier in Shooting Position Combat Plaque
It features a wooden base with the the unit's badge on a raised shield with the units name in a scroll underneath and a Soldier in Shooting Position on the Combat Plaque.
The Soldier is made out of Pewter,
